SPRINT TV TO TAKE RYAN CABRERA TO MILLIONS

Sprint Exclusive Entertainment to Talk With Cabrera & Tape Live Show

New Single “Enemies” Going to Radio as Album Highlights Matured Music

(Los Angeles) Concert and interview footage with pop-rock sophisticate Ryan Cabrera will beam to 10 million cell phone users via Sprint TV’s Sprint Exclusive Entertainment (SEE) channel, which will be taping its segment with Cabrera when he hits Chicago on June 20 to play the House of Blues. His featured appearance on Sprint TV coincides with his next single release, “Enemies,” from The Moon Under Water, which Sprint users can download from the Sprint Digital Lounge.

Cabrera’s artistic leap forward with The Moon Under Water has become one of 2008’s most compelling stories of musical determination, independence and integrity. After winning a major label deal in his teens and becoming a million-selling hit pop artist as well as high-visibility video and TV presence, he struck out on his own — financing his album and starting his own Frolic Room Records label — to have the freedom to make music that reflected his personal and artistic growth.

The move has paid off for Cabrera, who is currently headlining a national club tour with his band. His hometown daily paper, The Dallas Morning News, notes how Cabrera’s new CD is “an album that is all his own, alterna-gritty and real.” Metro Mix adds "... it must be noted that the guy has a naturally clear voice, less pitch-corrected and polished than most modern-day pop-rockers. 'Enemies' is big and stadium ready," while Philly.com declares "there are few recent pop artists who connect with an audience the way singer/songwriter Ryan Cabrera does."  His latest single, “Enemies,” which hits radio this month, showcases the more adult and complex themes of Cabrera’s latest crop of songs with its “keep your enemies close and your lovers closer” tale.
