The Prezcotts - “Pop Music’s Next Big Thing” (Entertainment Tonight) Find “Strength” After Tragedy
December 8, 2011
Following the untimely death of their father in 2009, the four sisters of California’s rising teen pop group The PreZcotts penned a harrowing song inspired by his memory. “Strength” is a deeply moving, beautifully written track on The PreZcotts’ debut album ‘GOSSIP’ that songwriter & member AnaLeyna hopes will inspire listeners.

“I wrote it to encourage those who have ever lost a loved one to find the strength within themselves to help push them forward,” explains AnaLeyna. “If this song helps one person in the world cope with loss, then it has served its purpose.”

“With every breath you pray / and slowly, you begin to feel strength,” sing AnaLeyna (17), ChaLyn (15), RaNelle (14) and MaRiah (12).
